If you would like to place an order please e-mail me at kayleigh@kstudios22.com with what item(s) you would like and what customization you would like on them. I will then get back with you as soon as possible and discuss payment and pick up plan. I will then keep you updated on the creation process so that you know how it's coming along, and at the end you will recieve a picture of the finished product incase we need to make a few adjustments.

I only do work on Wednesdays and the Weekends as I work a job the other days.

RETURNS I do not accept returns for any items.
EXCHANGES I do accept exchanges on items that are not personalized with names or dates.
CANCELLATIONS You have up to 1 day to cancel an order after it has been placed.

SHIPPING If an order is being shipped, I will create a custom order on my Etsy account and have you pay on there.
PICK UP If your order is a local pick up, I will meet you at the downtown library. Also, if you are a local pick up I accept cash.

PERSONALIZATION Certain items will be available that can be personalized. This means I can put whatever you want in vinyl on the piece to make it personally yours.
CUSTOM Most items are custom made with various options to choose from which you can find here

Everything is handmade, small imperfections may exist.
There may be some air bubbles in the resin pieces.
Not every color is going to be exact or match on the resin pieces.
Items are not invincible, they will hold up depending on how you treat them.
